Sadly Blanche was unable to attend the prestigious event in Glasgow's City Chambers last week due to a bereavement but colleagues represented her - and Isobel Murdoch, Blanche's mother and Hansel's founder, who won this award in 1967 and was remembered in this 50th Anniversary of the Scotswoman Of The Year Awards.
