Connect at Hansel
Our Connect service offers a range of activities located in modern, accessible, internal and external spaces at our Broadmeadows location near Symington. We believe everyone should have meaningful things to do safely in their local community every day and our Connect service has been developed to offer day support options which are entirely inclusive, can be centre based, community based, one to one, a small friendship group or a mix of all these.
Connect works with the fundamental principle that by making connections with others through shared interests that there will be more opportunities to develop relationships and friendships that belong to each individual, therefore going beyond the funded support we provide. Connect taps into everything local communities have to offer which increases places for people to spend their time, at a time when they want to, the choices they have and who they share their time with.
Freedom to live – Our Connect service offers people the opportunity to learn new skills, become more confident, be healthier, share interests with others, have their own friends and gives each person the freedom to live the life they choose.
The Cabin and Caravans
We offer a range of short break and respite experiences at The Cabin and Caravan Holiday Park which make up our adult residential respite service in South Ayrshire.
