Make a Real Difference – Every Day is Unique

Are you passionate about helping others live their best lives? At NASL, we support individuals across North Ayrshire to live independently, stay connected with their communities, and build meaningful relationships.

Whether it’s a trip to the cinema, a swim with friends, or simply enjoying a meal out, you’ll be there to support and empower people to do the things they love. Most of our support is 1:1, allowing you to build strong relationships with the people you work with.

What We Offer:

·           Full induction and training – including shadowing experienced colleagues

·           Opportunity to gain SVQ qualification in Health and Social Care

·           Paid travel time and expenses if travelling between relevant supports

·           24/7 on-call support from our management team

·           Small, supportive teams – you’ll regularly work with the same individuals

·           At least one weekend off every four weeks

What We’re Looking For:

·           Willingness to work a variety of shifts including community supports, day, evening and sleepover shifts (rotas are built around the people we support)

·           Excellent communication and people skills

·           A positive, enthusiastic attitude toward learning and development

·           Basic IT skills

·           A commitment to person-centred care and inclusion

·           Ability to work as part of a team and solve problems creatively

·           Must be 18+ (for insurance purposes)

·           A driving licence and previous care experience are desirable but not essential – we value the right attitude and a genuine passion for supporting others.
