Location: Carrick Street, Ayr, KA7 1QJ
We are excited to announce that we’re recruiting for a new supported living housing development in Carrick Street, Ayr. We are looking for energetic, creative, caring and compassionate people to join the team.
Carrick Street is a brand-new mainstream housing complex based within Ayr town centre across from The Gaiety Theatre. As part of a core and cluster support model, the support team will provide a 24-hour supported living service to individuals with additional support needs to live in their own tenancy and experience choice, control and freedom in their daily lives and to be recognised and valued contributors within their local community.
We work together to ensure that the people we support are at the centre of all our efforts and their choices and views are respected. The service will work in partnership with the individuals we support, parents and families, and health and social work partners and neighbours to promote the most secure and nurturing environment possible. Our focus is on providing great supports that enable positive outcomes and opportunities for each person, now and in their future.
Working from a designated hub, daily supports focus on meeting all the health and social care needs of every person, reflecting their lifestyle aspirations. Individual packages of support can range from one hour to 24 hours per day.
This is a great opportunity to be involved in our new initiative from the start, helping the new Carrick Street tenants start their journey settling in to their brand-new homes and building great community lives.
