Hours: 2 x 30 hours temporary contracts (12 months)
Location: Broadmeadows, Symington, KA1 5PU

At Hansel, we’re looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our friendly team in a vibrant residential and small group living setting. You’ll be supporting adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, complex physical disabilities, behavioural needs and autism.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

·            Providing person-centred care that respects each individual’s choices, interests, and aspirations

·            Supporting residents with daily living, healthcare needs, and community engagement

·            Working as part of a supportive, values-driven team

 

Available Shifts:

·            Post 1: 10:00am – 4:00pm, 5 days per week (including weekends)

·            Post 2: Flexible rota including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
              (Shifts: 7:15am–7:15pm / 7:15pm–7:15am)

 

What We’re Looking For:

·            Great communication and teamwork skills

·            Good verbal and written communication skills

·            A positive, respectful attitude and a passion for social care

·            Basic IT skills and a willingness to learn

·            Ability to work in a person-centred, inclusive way

·            Must be 18+ (insurance purposes)

 

Desirable (but not essential):

·            Experience in social care or supporting people with additional needs

·            Knowledge of care legislation and best practices

·            Relevant qualifications in social care
