Hours: Various hours available (full time and part time)
Location: Broadmeadows, Symington, KA1 5PU

What You’ll Do:

·           Provide person-centred care in a warm, supportive environment

·           Help residents live life on their own terms — from daily routines to community outings

·           Build strong, lasting relationships with the people you support

·           Work as part of a friendly, passionate team that values inclusion and empowerment

Shift Patterns:

·         Day Shift: 7:15am – 7:15pm

·         Night Shift: 7:15pm – 7:15am

·         Includes days, evenings, nights, weekends, and sleepovers

What We’re Looking For:

·           Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·           Team players with a positive, problem-solving attitude

·           Respect for diversity and a commitment to equality

·           Basic IT skills and a willingness to learn

·           Flexibility to work a variety of shifts

·           Must be 18+ (insurance requirement)

Desirable (but not essential):

·           Experience working with people with additional needs

·           Understanding of social care legislation and best practices

·           Experience with support plans, risk assessments, or managing behaviours

·           A relevant qualification in Social Care (or willingness to work toward one)
