We welcome people with varying experience levels. This role could be perfect for you if:

  • You’re new to social care but can demonstrate values that align with ours — respect, trust, team working, continuous improvement and inclusion
  • You’ve recently completed a Social Care qualification and are ready to put your learning into practice.
  • You’re an experienced Support Worker looking to broaden your experience and take on a fresh challenge.

As a Sessional Support Worker, you’ll enjoy flexibility while gaining valuable and rewarding experience supporting individuals to live life to the fullest.

Current Opportunities — Broadmeadows, Symington

We are now recruiting for roles across our Broadmeadows site, including:

  • Crail and Wilson Houses - Residential Small Group Living Service
  • The Cabin, Respite Service

Some positions require previous experience and a full driving licence. Flexibility to work a rota including evenings, nights, sleepovers and weekends is essential.
