Salary: £22,533 - £23,127 per annum
Requirements: Driving License required
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Primarily within Broadmeadows Estate, Symington, KA1 5PU

Are you multi-skilled in general maintenance and enjoy ensuring that buildings, grounds and equipment are well maintained? If so apply to join our team!

Normal working hours for the post are 8.30am to 4pm.

What you will be doing as our new Maintenance Assistant:

  •      Carrying out a range of basic maintenance and repair work including joinery, plumbing and general building works
  •         Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) (training will be provided)
  • Ensuring work is carried out to a high standard and in line with Health & Safety compliance
  • Putting our customers and team members first, to build positive relationships to resolve queries with minimal disruption.
  • Working both independently and within a team
  • Using excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Using excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A full driving license will be required to use our vehicles to work across sites at times.
