Salary: £22,533 - £23,127 per annum
Requirements: Driving License required
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Primarily within Broadmeadows Estate, Symington, KA1 5PU

Normal working hours for the post are 8.30am to 4pm.
What you will be doing as our new Maintenance Assistant:
- Carrying out a range of basic maintenance and repair work including joinery, plumbing and general building works
- Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) (training will be provided)
- Ensuring work is carried out to a high standard and in line with Health & Safety compliance
- Putting our customers and team members first, to build positive relationships to resolve queries with minimal disruption.
- Working both independently and within a team
- Using excellent problem-solving skills.
- Using excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A full driving license will be required to use our vehicles to work across sites at times.
