Hansel is a leading social care provider working for people with learning disabilities and additional needs to be valued and active citizens in all communities across Ayrshire.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly created role of Information and Systems Administrator, based at our Broadmeadows Estate in Symington, Ayrshire.
The successful candidate will support the Information and Systems Manager as well as operational colleagues with the implementation of new systems, backfilling of data, providing training and general on-going support to end users and operational cover when resource requires. In this role you will also be required to assist in the configuration of systems and in the development of reporting mechanisms.
The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience of working positively with colleagues at all levels
- Experience of using databases
- Experience of undertaking audits
- Knowledge and understanding of information systems
- Knowledge and understanding of the principles of data protection and awareness of current legislation
- Excellent organisational, administrative and report writing skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent Attention to detail
- Good problem solving skills
- A robust analytical approach with an ability to identify and analyse risk
- Ability to collate and present information in a range of formats
- Good time and task management skills
