Learning Disability Alliance Scotland are asking people living with learning disabilities to share their experiences of health care.
People with learning disabilities die earlier and generally have poorer health than the rest of the population. LDAS wants to try to understand what lies behind the numbers. As they say: “This is an important survey. It will help with work the Scottish Government is doing on health funding priorities for the 10 years. We want people with learning disabilities to get their fair share. Please help us make the difference to this debate.”
You can complete the survey online at http://www.tinyurl.com/LDASsurvey or print and fill in the copy attached below. Paper copies should be returned to: LDAS, Second Floor, Thorn House, 5 Rose Street, Edinburgh, EH2 2PR.
