Hours: Various hours available (full time and part time) Includes 12-hour shifts, evenings, nights, sleepovers & weekends

We support eight incredible individuals with a range of support needs including learning disabilities, complex physical disabilities and autism. What You’ll Bring:
· A full UK driving licence
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· A team-focused, problem-solving mindset
· A passion for person-centred care and promoting inclusion
· Respect for diversity and a commitment to equality
· Basic IT skills and a willingness to learn
· Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
Desirable (but not essential):
· Experience supporting people with additional needs
· Understanding of social care legislation and best practices
· Experience with support plans, risk assessments, or managing behaviours
· A relevant qualification in Social Care (or willingness to work toward one)
