Living Wage for Sleepovers

We are members of the CCPS and share their concerns about Living Wage for sleepover supports.

Let us be clear: we value our team and welcome all efforts to increase the rewards and recognition they receive for the invaluable work they do. However we fear that this measure may have unintended consequences and could lead to a reduction in sleepover supports which would remove the ‘pay boost’ for staff and could impact adversely on the people we support.
