An Audience With Graeme Clark - 24th August 2019
Last updated: 12.19pm, Monday 19th August 2019
Join us for a very special evening of live music with Graeme Clark on Saturday 24th August 2019 at the Robert Burns Birthplace Museum, Alloway, Ayr.
An evening not to be missed, Graeme Clark, one of the founding members of Wet Wet Wet will be taking the stage for our first ever music night! With countless hit singles and successful albums to his name, Graeme is recognised as one of the most talented songwriters of his time and was presented with a lifetime achievement award in 2018.
This is a fantastic opportunity to catch a very special and intimate performance on the acoustic stage from a legendary pop name. Graeme is best known for being the bass player and songwriter in Wet Wet Wet but in recent years he has enjoyed developing his solo career away from the hustle and bustle of the band. He will be joined on stage with renowned duo Fiona Cuthill & Stevie Lawrence to bring a stunning evening of acoustic sound which is not to be missed! Fiona and Stevie have been fortunate enough to play in many festivals and gigs all over Europe during their time as a duo and are also members of Scottish based band Rallion. The evening will kick off with a solo performance from blues-rock guitarist Kyle Hood, an accomplished musician who also plays with popular band Rigid Soul
With a love of soul music and the rich Scottish heritage, Wet Wet Wet became one of Britain’s best-loved, chart-topping bands of the 80s landing three number one hits, including Goodnight Girl and Love is all Around and I’m sure we’ll hear some of them on the night!
Limited VIP tickets are available priced £30 which will get you one of the best seats in the house with general tickets priced £20.
What better way to support Hansel than by coming along and listening to some fantastic, live music from a legendary artist!
